As a user, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any fraudulent activity or misleading job postings will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the platform.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we manually verify employers to ensure safety, Kamayega Bharat acts only as a bridge. We are not responsible for the actual employment contracts, salary negotiations, or the conduct of either party once a connection is made. We encourage all users to perform their own due diligence.
5. Intellectual Property
The name "Kamayega Bharat" and its original source code are part of an open-source project developed by Sourav Bagchi. Unauthorized cloning for commercial or deceptive purposes is strictly prohibited.
